Fluid Energy specializes in compressed air systems, desiccant air dryers, and industrial processing equipment. We supply desiccant silica gel, compressed air desiccant dryers, air compressors manufactured by Cameron Compression; hygrometer monitors and other compressed air accessories.

Our staff of application engineers and sales engineers help your engineers and purchasing professionals specify, install, and start-up capital equipment and specialty products. Factory trained service technicians are available to maintain your equipment after start-up.

Compressed Air/Gas Dryers

Both refrigerated and desiccant dryers are available. Heatless, internally heated, blower purge, split-stream and heat-of-compression desiccant dryer designs are offered. Any capacity requirement can be accommodated. Fluid Energy can design and fabricate a custom dryer for your unique application. Standard dryers meet the needs of most applications, but some specialty gases and liquids require custom dryers.

Hygrometers, Dewpoint Monitors

dew point monitor We offer portable and in-line hygrometers with different options. Portable units are light, easy to use, and accurate. In-line hygrometers provide accurate dedicated measurements. In-line units come equipped with ceramic mobile hygrometer monitor or aluminum oxide sensors to meet your application’s needs. If your plant uses remote monitoring, Fluid Energy sells transmitters for remote indication of dew point. The transmitters use 4-20m output signals. For critical applications that require precise dew point measurements “optical” dew point units can be provided.

Desiccant

Desiccant adsorbs moisture from compressed air and gas streams. Over time the desiccant in your dryer begins to wear out losing its ability to adsorb moisture. Replacement desiccant restores your unit to its original operating parameters. In addition to offering nearly all grades of desiccant, Fluid Energy has a staff of factory certified technicians available to service your equipment.

Oil-free Air Compressors

Both centrifugal and reciprocating compressors are available. Fluid Energy can size, engineer, and provide installation of centrifugal compressors ranging from 150 to 1250HP and multi-stage designs available to fit most applications. oil free air compressor For smaller applications that require special flow control and drying, Fluid Energy can design and install reciprocating compressor systems from ½ to 20 HP. Custom compressor packages with multiple compressors, dryers, filtration, and special controls are available.
